Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges and returns must occur within 7 business days from the package’s arrival to the customer’s shipping address. The items must be returned unworn with all original tags attached. The items must be clean and undamaged in order to receive an exchange or full refund. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To initiate an exchange or return, email email@example.com and expect a response within 48 hours.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We cannot refund items which do not have original tags attached or appear worn.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was a gift and the recipient wishes to exchange or return the item, they will receive a complimentary exchange or a gift credit for the value of the item.

Burgundy Fox pays for shipping costs to return subscriptions and gifts only. All other types of items that are returned are the responsibility of the purchaser to send back.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Pauses & Cancellations:
Pauses and cancellations of your subscription must be made 30 calendar days in advance from the next delivery date, or will be applied to the following month that is more than 30 days away. For example, if you want to skip a February box, you must request the skip/pause or cancellation 30 calendar days before February 1.
